Baden-Baden Racecourse
I went to Baden-Baden Racecourse last week in order to watch Großer Preis von Baden (バーデン大賞), which is one of the biggest races in Germany. Some horses often participate in Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe (凱旋門賞) after running in this race. In particular, the winner of this race, Torquator Tasso, won Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe last year. For German horses who want to join Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, this race has important meaning. Therefore, I needed to check it before going to Paris.
Until the main race was held at 4pm, I enjoyed the previous minor races. My result was as below.

I luckily won in Race 6 and experienced payback for the first time. However, this win made me not only happy but also foolish, which caused tragedy afterwards.
Regarding the main race, the defending champion, Torquator Tasso, joined it again this year. His rival was Sammarco. He is still young, but he had won two GI races in a row. These 2 horses gathered a majority of votes as everyone expected.
The number of participants was only 4 (One horse had stopped joining the race in advance). I had never seen such a race in Japan, but it sometimes happens in European races. In order to make a profit, I needed to buy only one bedding ticket. To be honest, until then, I had already decided to buy "Zweiter" (Exacta, 馬単) where I predicted that ⑤Sammarco would be the 1st and ③Torquator Tasso would be the 2nd. All I had to do was to decide how much I bet. I had planned around 30€, but as I already mentioned, I was so foolish that I was not able to suppress my excitement.
As a result, a horse who I don't know won the race, which means I lost 100€. His jockey was so excited, but his smile irritated me.
I never want to visit this racecourse and this town again.

She was in the leading position during her last race and I predict she will run in the same way today again. It is also good to be able to start from the inside position.
