Bad cycling
I went cycling yesterday because the weather was nice.
First of all, I went to a vineyard near my apartment.
When I came to Germany, grapes didn't have leaves and fruits.
They will be harvested for making wine soon.
I felt that the season had changed.
I was fine until this time.
After that, I tried to go to Heidelbelg Castle, but I got a mild heatstroke because the road to it is very tough and has a long steep.
Since I was not able to move due to a headache and dizziness, I sat down on the roadside for about 30 minutes.
Unfortunately, I didn't have somthing to drink.
After the symptoms were relieved slightly, I went to a shop to buy it.
However, I forgot to take my mask and I couldn't enter the shop.
I had no choice but to go home by bicycle.
I became fine gradually and managed to arrive at my apartment somehow.
What a day!
I think that a main reason for the heatstroke is a lack of excercise due to homework.
I regret that I underestimated the temperature (it was about 25 degrees yesterday) and didn't take a drink.
I will try to go to Heidelbelg Castle again in a good condition.
