I have to get the 1st place this year.

Deutsches Historisches Museum (ドイツ歴史博物館)

This museum was one of my main objectives in this travel.

This was because my Japanese colleague had recommended it and I wanted to learn World War from German perspective.

However, after walking around the museum in a while, I noticed that there was not such a exhibit.

I asked a staff and I found that main exhibition is under renovation.

I was so disappointed.

The museum offered some temporary exhibitions instead of main one, but they were so boring for me.

I wasted time and money.

According to the website (I should have taken a closer look at it in advance...), the renovation will be completed in 2025, which means that I can't enjoy the main exhibition during my working period in Germany.

This fact helped me accept this bad luck.

Berliner Dom (ベルリン大聖堂)

I visited it again because I had spare time due to closing of the museum.

I went inside the cathedral and went up to the top.

The beautiful design and the nice view healed and compensated my depression.

NIVEA and AMPELMANN (ニベア & アンペルマン)

I bought some souvenirs here.

Schloss Sanssouci (大四喜サンスーシ宮殿)

I went to Potsdam and visited the most famous sightseeing spot.

This palace was so large and I enjoyed many steps to the main building.

Schloss Cecilienhof (ツェツィリエンホーフ宮殿)

This palace has an important historical meaning because Potsdam Conference was held here.

I watched the exhibition with a Japanese voice guide.

According to the guide, there are 3 larger chairs with an armrest in the conference room, where the presidents of the UK, the US and the Soviet Union sit.

I found the red star made with many flowers in the courtyard, which means the symbol of the Soviet Union.

That is all for my travel to Berlin.

・Races in Tokyo Racecourse started from this week. In this case, horses which like to be in a front and inside position tend to get a higher rank because the turf has not been damaged yet. ⑨La Seule has such a characteristic compared to other 2 strong horses, ①Rouge Eveil and ⑬Rouge Stiria.

・Lemaire-san looks to be getting better gradually. I hope this will be his first winning graded race this year.

・I bought exacta tickets, where ⑨La Seule is the 1st place and ①Rouge Eveil and ⑬Rouge Stiria are candidates for the 2nd place.
