I reached the 1100th game in Mahjong-Soul a few days ago. I have to summarize my result in recent 100 games as usual, but I don't want to review it. This is because I'm in so-called Hell Mode clearly and my averaged rank is getting worse. My current status and recent rank distribution are here.
Surprisingly, the recent rank distribution is completely even, which means the number of times is all 25. It was not so bad as I had expected, but I recognized this average performance is not enough to keep my rating. Actually, I lost more than 2000pts recently and I'm in a dengerous zone of relegation as shown in the first picture. In addition, it is said that the difference between the scoring percentage (和了率) and the losing one (放銃率) needs to be more than 10%pts in order to be a good player. My value for this index is also decreasing and currently is lower than the criteria.
One of the reasons for this bad result is maybe I read "Scientific Mahjong (科学する麻雀)" recently and changed my style. After reading this book, I found that I was too defensive and I'm trying to be more courageous against an attack from others. However, I think it is too early to conclude this is the exact reason for my recent worse performance. After keeping this new style in a while, I would like to find the best balance suitable for me.

・I have liked this horse since she won a GIII race last year, where she beat a famous double-crown horse. I have already bet on her in some races after that, but she has never satisfied my expectation. However, I think a chance comes again now because this race will be held in exactly the same course and season as the above race. In general, outside horse numbers have a low possibility to win, but it is said that Tokyo 1600m is exceptional and the bias is relatively small there. Therefore, I don't need to be afraid of this point.
