Since there is still snow on the ground in Tokyo Racecourse, JRA decided to delay the race schedule.

今日の東京競馬は積雪の影響のため、1Rの発走時刻を10時55分とし、以降5Rまで発走時刻を変更すると、JRAから発表がありました。
東京競馬は、
1R 10:10→10:55
2R 10:40→11:20
3R 11:10→11:45
4R 11:40→12:15
5R 12:30→12:40

The main race which I plan to predict will be held as scheduled, but the Internet vote is also delayed. According to JRA, it can be used after 10 am. In general, just after the vote starts, the odds is not accurate and not stable. That is why I decided to consider the details of my betting 1 hour before the race in order to take realistic odds into account. I'm writing this blog at 9am (1am in Germany), but my favorite horse and betting tickets have not been determined yet. I will add them as soon as I get up and check odds. Please wait (I think nobody refers to my prediction recently...).
