Farewell party (Farewell walking)
Two people of colleagues in our team will leave the company for job change at the end of June.
This is why a farewell "walking" was held last Friday.
"Walking" means that we went hiking to a restaurant on a hill.
At a meeting point, I met some people in our team in person for the first time.
This was a presious oppotunity for me because we work from home and meet only online due to Covid-19,.
I was surprised that a bottle of beer was given and we said "Cheers!" as soon as all of us arrived.
This meant that we drank beer while walking.
I was very tired before arriving at a restaurant due to long distance (it took about 1h30m to walk), hot weather and alcohol.
We ate Germany food.
I couldn't read a menu, but my colleague kindly explained it and recomended some foods.
I ordered something like gratin.
My policy is eating all foods whatever is served, but I couldn't eat all this time because my stomach was already full of beer.
During this party, I said many times "I can't eat and drink any more."
It was nice that I could take out the leftover.
I was dissapointed that my English didn't improve enough to communicate with colleagues smoothly.
They basically talked in Germany and sometimes talked to me in English.
However, since I couldn't understand what they said or couldn't reply appropriately, they returned to Germany conversation soon.
I thought that I had to improve English more and more.

・I noted this horse's stable performance. He has always run within 5th place in his career except for 日本ダービー, where the long distance probably didn't match him.
・I also trust Mr. Kawada, who won three GⅠ races this year. I think his horse ⑦ファルコニア (the 2nd popular) is good at this distance because he recently won two 1800m races in a row.
・I bought the quinella ticket of ⑦ファルコニア and ⑧アルジャンナ.
