The mahjong league with blog members in FY2021 was finished last week.
My rank was the 2nd place.
I was so nervous because the difference from the 3rd place was so small.
Of course, I'm not satisfied with this result at all.
I think my mahjong skill has been improved day by day.
I'm eager to become the champion in the next season.
Life in Germany
New friend has come
My friend came to Germany in January and he finally visited Heidelberg last week.
He belongs to our another group company and he lives in another city.
I met him in a on-site training at a factory for the first time when we started working 5 years ago.
That's why we know well each other.
Surprisingly, my Japanese colleague working in Heidelberg also know him and all of us are in the same generation.
I think this is so lucky.
First of all, we enjoyed a cherry blossom viewing party and a Japanese festival in Heidelberg.
The reason why this festival was held is that Heidelberg is a sister city of Kumamoto.
I didn't think that I could feel Japanese culture in Heidelberg in such a way.
Unfortunately, Japanese foods like Yaki-soba and Yaki-tori were sold out.
I was so disappointed because it was my main motivation.
After that, we walked around Heidelberg.
We had no choice but to go to Heidelberg castle.
This was my first time to go inside the castle.
I was so surprised at a huge wine barrel.
After enjoying the castle, we went to a nice restaurant.
The atmosphere was so good.
It was funny that my friend challenged a strange drink.
According to him, its taste was not so bad.
It was a so enjoyable day.
I would like to visit his town next time.

・I selected this horse as my favorite in his recent 2 races and I couldn't get money. However, I can't change my mind until I watch his victory. This is called "Concorde effect". I keep believing his strength.
・He is compatible with this course, Nakayama 1600m. He won in a graded race held in this course last spring and he got the 2nd place in this race last year.
・I bought the win ticket of ⑮Catedral. I hope that my recent bad condition will be recovered because the new fiscal year started.
