As you know, "trifecta" is the most difficult type of betting. Nevertheless, my extraordinary talent made this betting successful. I can't help believing my gifted sense of prediction.
The key point of my prediction was how two strong front-runner horses, ③Panthalassa and ④Jack d’Or, were dealt with. In general, when there are many front-runners, they often run faster than usual in order to keep an ideal position for them. As a result, they become exhausted before the last straight and they can't keep a high speed to the goal. On the other hand, they can sometimes finish a race while keeping the leading position due to a turf condition, a pace of a race or strategy of a jockey. The latter was correct in this race. Since I basically believe a horse which tends to run in a front position has advantage in horse racing, I was able to predict the latter case would happen. Surprisingly, I bought not a quinella ticket of the above 2 horse, but the trifecta ticket. This courage is worth admiring.
In addition, I would like to mention ⑩Sodashi. She gathered the majority of votes in this race because she was the winner of 札幌記念 last year and she recently won a GI race. However, her rank was 5th this time in spite of everyone's expectations. Then, please take a look at my betting tickets. ⑩Sodashi is completely excluded from my betting! Why do you think only I was able to predict this result? This was because of the comment by An-Katsu-san, who used to be a great jockey and recently offers his point of view before and after a race. Before the race, he said the best condition for ⑩Sodashi is a course with one corner and 2000m in Sapporo Racecourse is not suitable for her. He added the main reason why she won last year was her light handicap and this is not the case this year. In accordance with his opinion, I decided to exclude her from my betting. This brave action is worth admiring again.
