I went to a Spanish restaurant with Japanese expats last week.

This dinner meant a farewell party for one of them because he will move to a factory which is located in another place in Germany.

This restaurant was recommended by my Japanese boss just before I came to Germany.

However, I didn't have courage to try it alone.

I thought this was a chance to go there and decided to book the restaurant.

This was my first time to call and book a restaurant in English.

Spanish beer and food were so good.

In particular, I liked a dessert "Catalana".

During the dinner, I revealed to the expats that my hobbies are horse racing and mahjong.

Contrary to my expectation, this topic attracted attention especially from older expats.

They agreed with my preference and one of them said that he was glad to find my new aspect.

I recognized again that these hobbies always help us develop a relationship.

・I think this horse is most strong in a long distance race now. He got the 2nd place in 天皇賞（春） and 有馬記念 last year and won 阪神大賞典 twice this year and last year. I can't imagine he will lose badly. Even if I take his outermost horse number into account, he is most likely to win.

・Regarding other favorites with low odds, I have a concern in terms of jockeys. That is why I would like to bet as many dark horses as possible.

・I bought quinella tickets including ⑱Deep Bond and dark horses.
